Custom Orders!

I've gotten several custom requests recently! Nothing makes me happier than creating a special toy for someone!! :D I made a custom goat baby for a customer, my little mint green goat was also purchased! :)

I was thinking about writing up the pattern for these little guys and putting it up for sale...anyway, that may come in the near future!

I was also asked to make two ninja amigurumis for a baby shower! :D I wonder if the baby is getting them, or the grown-ups...maybe I should have asked... :o

I've also been trying out different ideas for small toys, here is one...

I'm not entirely sure what it is though...a zombie kitty??? I've got some great ideas for a new type of plushie! Stay tuned!! :D

Lil Octopi

Hi again! Just a quick post to show off some more cuties I have been working on! :)

Cute little octo-pussies ( and yes, I know that's incorrect spelling)!

Usually I shy away from making octopi, because it takes so long to make the legs. But with these guys, I worked the legs into the body, all as one piece! It worked out great! I'm very pleased with the result. The green one is my favorite! :)

These safety eyes are flat, and I painted them black.

Hope these little guys inspired! Until next time! :D

                                                                         -Brea :)
ps. I will have a new pattern available for sale soon....and maybe a pattern give-away! ;)

Commisioned Mini Doll!

A couple days ago I got a special order for a 2 1/2" doll!It was really fun to make because I could use up some of the really fine yarn that looks pretty, but is rather impractical.

I was happy when I was told to give the doll red hair. :) I happen to love red haired dolls! ;)
I really want to give her a name!! But alas... I have no right to bestow a name upon a custom order....
the eyes look big because she's so small, they're actually about 9mm...or maybe smaller?
As it turns out, this was a doll FOR a doll! My customer said that she wanted a little toy for a small ball-jointed doll. I've seen these little dolls on the internet (blythe, pullip,dollfie...) I'd love to get one, but I guess they are for SERIOUS collectors. Which means way outta my price range lol. I'll just have to make do with creating my own :)I bet it will be adorable to see her sweet little doll holding mine X) I'm working on another one right now,I think she'll have black hair (which I also happen to love) look for some pics of her soon!

Sweet Battie

Here is a pic of Katie's (contest winner) sweet sweet battie! Isn't it adorable!! I'm so glad other people are able to enjoy my patterns! :D

I'm thinking of making a pirate bear pattern......So I've been brainstorming ideas!

Ideas from the random depths of my brain.
Hopefully this little guy(and maybe his minions) will be available in pattern form soon!

Leaning Tower Of Ninjas

HIYAH!!! Here's something new I've been working on (ok it's old now because I haven't been posting much ....sorry.....)
These tiny ninja dudes are super cute and easy.Easy enough that I didn't even write down the pattern(although I probably should).
When I took the pics there were only six ninjas, now I have twelve, and counting! The yellow one is probably my favorite.Usually
I prefer dark colors
but something about the yellow ninja just pops out at you. I'm hoping to sell some of these little guys at Old Fashioned Days,
an annual craft fair in central arkansas. I've spent the majority of this year preparing for this fair.....It's on Oct 8th! I'm pretty excited, and it's 8 days
before my  15th birthday :D I entered some of my dolls in the Saline County Fair again this year (Milo, Amiki the bunny, and others).....I'll post what the outcome of
 that was soon......
